Due to their special characteristics some products are only available for in-store pickup. Our store is located at Calle Corredera Baja de San Pablo, 19. Please check our opening hours here.

To pick up your order we'll ask for you to show us an ID and the in-store pickup notification email.

An order cannot combine products for in-store pickup and products that you wish to be delivered. If this is the case you will have to make two separate orders.

You can save yourself the shipping costs by picking up your order from our store in Malasaña - Madrid. 

When we have your order ready you will receive a notification email. You have 15 days to come by our store and pick up your order. We'll ask for your order number and ID.
