Galla y Jan, Circo Venus Limited Edition Engraving

Balance isn't always available, but Galla has something more powerful: Magic. Jan's ocean blue eyes have always reflected a truth that doesn't waver. They remind her of the sea of her childhood, the Mediterranean that shaped her. Galla is a living mixture: Greek and Roman, Arab and Libyan, foam that caresses and tide that sweeps. One freezing night, she showed up at the circus, desperate to see the flames consume everything. And they burned. But among the ashes, they saved the fire and rebuilt the circus, stronger and brighter. This play is about a wild change, where chaos and passion are the real drivers of new life.

Intaglio engravings:
Traditional etching combined with acetate, by means of manual intaglio engraving. Each engraving is handmade, one by one, in the Malasaña workshop in Madrid, following traditional printing techniques that have been used for more than 500 years.
