This is Hanaduri’s Hanji Book Symbol cover is designed with a combination of mono-shape and mono-color, focusing on the texture of Hanji paper, conveying the originality of aesthetic design. This notebook incorporates the traditional material with a modern graphic design. The Symbol Notebook is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry.

This notebook is made of Hanji, the traditional Korean paper made from the inner bark of Broussonetia papyrifera known colloquially as paper mulberry, a tree native to Korea known as dak. This material is strong but soft to the touch with the natural texture of the fibres. In addition, Hanji is a durable and versatile material, while retaining its lightness and beauty.

Each notebook comes with a unique cover, the design of which is silk-screened by hand and lays flat for ease of use.
