The Bit stool by Normann Copenhagen is beautiful and versatile with countless possibilities for your home. You can use it as a base for a flower arrangement, as a side table for a lamp, or as an impromptu seat for an unexpected dinner guest. Inspired by clean shapes like monoliths and columns, designer Simon Legald's stool is multifunctional.

Its simple appearance contrasts with a pixelated surface made from small pieces of 100% recycled post-consumer and post-industrial plastic. A special process that heats the plastic fragments to a melting point of 120°C allows the material to be reused and reheated repeatedly without changing its properties. The result is a stool design with a distinctive thickness and composition that makes each bit unique.
