Delivery and In-Store Pickup

IN-STORE PICKUP ONLY PRODUCTS

Due to their special characteristics some products are only available for in-store pickup. Our store is located at Calle Corredera Baja de San Pablo, 19. Please check our opening hours here.

 

To pick up your order we'll ask for you to show us an ID and the in-store pickup notification email.

The maximum period for collecting your order is three months from the date you receive confirmation of collection in store. After this period, if the order has not been collected, we will automatically proceed to refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase.

An order cannot combine products for in-store pickup and products that you wish to be delivered. If this is the case you will have to make two separate orders.

FREE IN STORE PICKUP

You can save yourself the shipping costs by picking up your order from our store in Malasaña - Madrid. 

When we have your order ready you will receive a notification email. You have 3 months to come by our store and pick up your order. We'll ask for your order number and ID.

Because these costs can vary depending on the specific location, the breakdown of charges for the remote area is confirmed once the order is placed.
