During the Golden Age of comic books, many comic producers used a four color printing process to color the images in their books. This process utilized a combination of overlapping dots, lines, and precise angles to give comics their unique look.

These limited-edition Blackwing Volume 64 Point Guards pay homage to the 4-color CMYK printing process. Each set comes with four Point Guards inspired by the four key CMYK colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Gloss Black.

Blackwing Point Guards are designed to make sure your pencils stay sharp in your pocket, carry-on, bike bag, and everywhere else. Your pencil point "floats" inside of the Point Guard so the tip never comes in contact with any surface, no matter how bumpy the journey may be.
