The Petit Chair from HAY is a stunning example of Daniel Rybakken's eight-year design journey. His iconic Petit Standard chair showcases precision and detail, with the objective of creating a highly stackable chair.

The chair's elegant and functional design is achieved through the use of die-cast aluminum and steel tubes that connect into a three-dimensional triangle. The lightweight frame has a striking geometric silhouette that perfectly complements the warmth and natural quality of the oak-veneer seat and backrest. The chair's high back and curved seat provide optimal comfort, while its rigid tubing maximizes its strength and stacking ability.
